Vickie B. Majors is a talented local Nashville artist who has been painting in watercolors and acrylics for over 25 years. Her newest line is Sassy Silly Sisters. “HeartWishes” and “AngelKisses” is her most sought after line of paintings and greeting cards. Vickie studied under four noted artists: local Nashville legend, Hazel King; Internationally known instructor, Gail McDaniel, landscape artist, Harry Denson and Sally Murphy. Vickie also studied in her home town of Amarillo, Texas under Western Artist, Mary Selfridge.

After working for Corporate America, IBM, HCA & Ingram for over 20 years, Vickie discovered that her left brain was way overworked. In 2002 she was inspired to establish Victorious Enterprises, her creative, right-brained company that allows zany expression for her art, speaking, training, poetry, and books.  Creating and working with other artists enlivens the Spirit, inspires originality and encourages unique expressions.

Vickie’s art classes include techniques of watercolor and offer an unselfish sharing of herself and her talents. Her encouraging style helps her students enjoy the process, discover their own unique style, and develop a desire to continue to create artistically.

Believing that exercise is one of the keys to leading a happy, productive, and long life Vickie is active in fitness walking, yoga and Pilates. She has two daughters, Miriam and Melody, and a granddaughter, Brooklynn and grandson Brock. Her hobbies include ballroom dancing, spending time with friends and reading.
